Since each piece is made by hand, every product will have slight variations. This is part of the nature of the craftsmanship.

How it works

You have 14 days from the date your parcel is delivered to request an exchange or return. To get started, simply email us at info@theholdlabel.com and we'll guide you through the process.

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Authorisation Number. Your item must then be sent back to us within 5 days of receiving that number.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging, with your original invoice included.

Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For orders shipped to the United States or other international destinations, import duties, tariffs, and taxes are non-refundable, as these are government-imposed fees that are paid upon import.

Any of The Hold purchases made through one of our trusted stockists, must be returned to the original point of purchase.

All costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer. The Hold cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.The costs of returns or exchanges will be reimbursed in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Exchanges are based on availability. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

The Hold reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
