International Orders / Duties Taxes
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post for a shipping fee of $35.00
Please note international orders may be subjected to duties and taxes upon arrival.These charges are determined by your local customs authority and The Hold has no influence or authority over these charges which are the responsibly of the receiver.
The Hold will not be responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international returns. All International orders receive full tracking information, communicated via email at the time dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
Since each piece is made by hand, every product will have slight variations. This is part of the nature of the craftsmanship.

Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of placing your order to request a Return Authorisation.
The Hold Online store accepts the return of unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt for a refund. Items delivered within Australia, must be returned within 3 Days of receiving the Return Authorisation Number.
Any of The Hold purchases made through one of our trusted stockists, must be returned to the original point of purchase.
All costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer. The Hold cannot be held liable for return parcels that are lost. We recommend returning the parcel using a registered postal service.The costs of returns or exchanges will be reimbursed in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Exchanges are based on availability. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
The Hold reserves the right to refuse any return of merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
