Returns
We accept the return of unworn and unused items in their original condition upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of order receipt for a refund.
To help preserve the beauty and quality of your piece we recommend the following care:
Gently clean with a soft dry cloth using no water or chemicals.
Avoid abrasive surfaces, as this can cause the beads to scratch and diminish the colour.
Avoid contact with harsh chemicals and direct sunlight.
Given the delicate nature of the fibers, normal wear may occur over time.
Due to the handcrafted techniques used, each piece will have its' own unique variations.
